ભરુચ જીલ્લાના ઝઘડીયા તાલુકાના રાજપારડીનો એક વ્યક્તિ મંજુરી કામ માટે મધુમતી નદી પસાર કરી સામે પાર જઈ રહ્યો હતો તે વખતે પાણીનો પ્રવાહ વધુ હોવાથી પાણીમા તણાયો હતો જેનો મૃતદેહ બીજા દિવસે મળી આવ્યો, ઝઘડીયા તાલુકાના રાજપારડી ટેકરા ફળિયામાં રહેતા રમણભાઈ વસાવા મજૂરી કામ અર્થે મધુમતી ખાડીના સામે પાર જઈ રહ્યા હતા તે સમયે પાણીનો પ્રવાહ વધારે હોવાના કારણે તેઓ પાણીના પ્રવાહમાં તણાઈ જતા લાપતા બન્યા હતા,આ વાત વાયુ વગે પ્રસરતા ઘટના સ્થળે લોક ટોળા એકત્રિત થયા હતા, ત્યાર બાદ રાજપારડી પોલીસ તેમજ ફાયર વિભાગ ને જાણ થતા પાણી ના પ્રવાહ માં ગુમ થયેલ આધેડ વ્યક્તિ ની શોધ ખોળ હાથ ધરવામાં આવી હતી પરંતુ આધેડ નો કોઈ પત્તો લાગ્યો ના હતો ત્યારબાદ આજરોજ અંકલેશ્વર નગરપાલિકા ફાયર વિભાગ ટીમ, અંકલેશ્વર જીઆઇડીસી ફાયર વિભાગ ટીમ, તથા રાજપારડી પોલીસ સ્ટેશન ટીમ અને ઝઘડિયા જીઆઇડીસી ફાયર વિભાગની ટીમ દ્વારા તળાયેલા વ્યક્તિની શોધ ખોળ હાથ ધરવામાં આવી હતી ત્યારબાદ સાંજના સમયે આધેડ વ્યક્તિનો મૃતદેહ મળી આવતા પરિવારમાં માતમ ફેલાયો હતો
